To sign up your church for the Shoes4Unity fundraiser, print and fill out the Program Agreement, and return it to , or by fax to (615) 391-5730 at least two weeks prior to the start date of your program.
Once your Shoes4Unity Agreement is received, you will be sent the following materials in time for your fundraiser:
- Information cards for your congregation
- Commitment cards and envelopes for donors
- Bookmarks promoting the program
- Poster promoting the program
This unique fundraising program allows church members to impact lives at home and throughout our world, where over 300 million children live without basic footwear. Your community has an opportunity to impact those lives, as well as those in their own church home, in a very connected and powerful way.
